Please follow the below process to check Claim Status :
1. Open ESI Portal or UMang App
2. Enter Insurance Number or IP (Insured Person) Number and click on button" Get OTP"
3. In the Right box, enter the OTP received on the mobile number and click on "Submit" button.
4. Under the "Service Menu" click on option "Claim Status"
5. If any Claim benefits are there, the details will be displayed on the screen.
6. You can download the PDF or Take Screen Short.
