In a large organization, managing Loss of Pay Method can be a helpfully task for the management. HRStop solves this problem with the help of feature called Configure Update Address on Payslip.
HRStop enables admin to configure Loss of Pay Method, different fields are given specific customization as per your requirement, admin can also allow reporting managers with some of the authorities to manage the employees working under them. Refer to the following steps for configuring Loss of Pay Method.
Refer to the following steps to manage Configure Loss of Pay Method:
1. Navigate to: Control Panel-> Setting-> General
2. The newly opened page will show different module enabling options.
3.You can Select the required below setting options in front of Loss of Pay Method.
i. Automatic based on attendance: This will automatically calculate the employees LOP while running the payroll. The output of leaves/ attendance modules will flow as input to payroll module.
ii. Manual: In this case, you will be able to upload the employees LOP data using standard CSV file. The supported CSV format is available for download in you Run Payroll wizard.
iii. Override Attendance: This will give you the system generated employee LOP data with an option to override it at the time of running the payroll.
4. Select the Checked box as per your required the options.
5. Click on "Update Details" bottom of the row.
6. Rerun the Payroll you will see the Option as per selected option or Update Manually LOP as per your required.
Now, you will get the changes and Updated Loss of Pay Method during the Payroll of a Particular Employee or in a Bulk run the payroll as per Set up of above setting.
