Refer to the following steps for the Process F&F of Pay Later Mark Employee:
1. Navigate to: Control Panel->Payroll->Full and Final Settlement
2. Newly Page will be Open like below:

3. Click on Blue Tick mark icon under the Action bar for Process F&F
4. New Page will be open like below:

7. Salary Period: You can select Salary Period from F&F month (1st date of month) to Exist date.
Attendance Period: Mention Attendance Period of Your company. -It means System will calculate Attendance as selected Period for Paydays
Salary Month: Select Month in which you can Process F&F.
Gratuity: Enable this Option "Include gratuity in the FNF and the amount would be" and check Amount of Gratuity. or Scape this option.
Recover Paid salary: Enable this option " Exclude days for which the salary was already paid and recover from this payroll cycle" or Scape this option.
8. Click on "Next" to navigate further
9. New Page will be open like below:

Here You can Check Paydays of Employee and Leave Type details.
Leave Encashment: You can Check Leave Encashment bases on and Base days and Amount.
Add Notice Priode: Enable this Option for add Notice Period days

Total Days: Mention Notoce Period days here. and System will automatically show days in Days Column.
11. Click on "Next" for further Navigate
12. New Page will be Open like below

You will see Expenses Report Details if You have Approved for this employee
13. Click on "Next" for further navigate
14. New Page will be shows like below:

You will see Advance salary details if you Pay for this employee.
15. New Page will be shows like below

You will see Employee Loan details here if you have Pay any Loan.
16. New Page will be shows

You can add if any Arrear to be Pay for this Employee. if more the one entry, then click on "+" icon on right side for add Row.
17. Click on "Next" for further Navigate

You can Check PT And Income Tax Here.
18. Click on "Next" for further Navigate

You can Check Previous Month Salary as you have Marked Pay Later and another component also.
19. Click on "Next" to Finish this F&F Process.
