Refer to the Following steps for Update Folumas in Letter set up:
1. Navigate to: Control Panel-> Forms/Policies->Document Template
2. Newly Page will Open.

3. Click on "+Add New" Option.
4. New Page will be Open

5. Name: Mention Letter Name
Description: Any Description
Modules: Select Employee tab
Upload file: Upload Letter format
Click on "Save" option for Save this Letter.

How to Edit Formulas in Custome keys:
1. Click on All Templates on top right-side corner

2. Edit the Uploaded letter
3. You will see the Custom Keys and You Will Edit as per Value Required
4. Click on " Update" Option for Update Keys as per Value or Formulas set up.
How to check Value or Formulas is set up correctly:
1. Click on "Generate Documents" Option of three lines.
2. New Page will be Open

3. Select the Particular Employee Name.
4. You will see the All Formulas set up in right side
5. Mention Total Gross in Total gross Column and you will see all Value as per Formulas shows correctly.
6. Mention Date
7. Click on "Download" Option for Exporting Letter and Check all formulas and date. and Verify
