When opening the EPFO portal then shows as Note:

My company obtained the EPFO Registration number at the time of its incorporation through the employment strength has not reached the threshold limit of 20 for applicability of the EPF & MP Act 1952. I understand that my company has to start compliance under the Act once the employment strength reaches 20. I also understand that in case my company does not start the compliance even after reaching the threshold limit of employment EPFO may take appropriate action under the Act on receipt of any complaint or information from members or any third party.
Resolution: In this situation, we have one option: to select the second option of "Voluntary coverage application as the act does not apply." We should fill out options C, D, E, and F, and save. After 48 hours, we will get the registration window for registration and create an employee challan.
Please upload the EPFO Agreement file of NEPPL. Once the registration window is open on the EPFO portal, we will register and create challans for the below employees in NEPPL.
Note:
Column C- Date of Assignment between Employer and Employees (Majority).
Column D- Any subsequent Date of Assignment
Column E- Date from which act will be applied.
Column F- Agreement file (only jpg is allowed size is 1MB)
