There are some steps for ESI registration :
1. Log in to ESI Portal

2. On the next page click on "Sign up" button.

3. After click on "sign up " Employer need to fill in the details of and submit the form.

4. Received the Confirmation mail.
a. Email will contain the username and Password details for registering as an employer and employee under ESI scheme.
5. Employer Registration Form -1
Click on "Employer Login" and Entering the User ID and password
6. Page will be open as "New Employer registration" option.

7. Select the "Type Unit" from the drop-down list and click on the "Submit" button.

8. The "Employer Registration form-1 will appear and the Employer need to fill up details.

9. After fill up details than needs to click on "Submit" botton.
10. Payment for Registration -Page will be open as "Payment of Advance contribution"where you need to fill up amount to be paid.
11. Employer will need to pay the advance contribution only for 6 months.
12. Registration Letter-after successful payment, system generated register letter(C-11) as 17digit Registration Number by ESI Department.

13. Document Required for ESI registration -
a. PAN of company
b. Cancel cheque
c. copy of Bank statement
d. Board Resolution
e. Electric bill
If any employee already registers in ESIC :
a. Employee insurance number
b. Date of appointment
If Employee not register in ESIC :
a. Name of employee
b. Name of employee’s father/husband
c. Date of Birth
d. Address
e. Date of appointment
f. Bank Account Details (Account number, Branch name, bank name, ifsc code etc.)
g. Details of nominees (name, address, mobile no, email id, relationship details etc.)
h. Details of the previous employer
i. Employer code no.
j. Employer Insurance no.
k. Name of employer
l. Address of employer
m. Contact no of employer

b. Employer Insurance No.
c. Name of Employer
d. Address of Employer
